Nonconformist and challenge addicted, Paloma joins Beterplace attracted by the start-up philosophy and the uncommon atmosphere of a company that is based on technology but has a human soul. Trained in Advertising and Public Relations in Madrid and passionate about communication, she started her career in a multinational company working for solid brands from different industries. In this context, she became a multitask woman able to have an integral vision of every project: from its strategic origin to its final materialization.
This vision defines her daily life at Betterplace, where the Marketing department works as a little independent orchestra, also connected to the Sales, Direction and Development areas. Out of the office, she devours every book that comes into her hands, tries to play drums and attends to every concerts she can. Quite a big amount of hobbies for a restless mind that dreams on stretching the hours and bluring the line between work and entertainment.
